What we collect

The consultation form asks for your name and email. Phone and notes are optional. You may also tell us a category, length, and shade family so we can prepare for the matching appointment.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a private consultation, and match hair. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising networks.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is emailed to consult@hairbyhadieh.com. Delivery is handled by our email provider, Resend, so the message can reach that mailbox. We do not pass your details to other businesses except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to complete a consultation or any work that follows, then delete it when it is no longer required. You can ask us to delete your details sooner by writing to the email above.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Australian privacy law applies. If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
